I fell in love with the letter trend when it first cropped up, many months ago. Its popularity is increasing and I know I am not the first one to tackle this project for my kitchen. I saw it first in a Pottery Barn catalog – but they didn’t sell the letters!
I searched high and low for affordable metal letters, but to no avail. The cheapest I could find were at antique stores, where they still rang it at more than twenty bucks a letter.
No thanks.
I got creative and found (thanks Dad!) wooden letters at Michael’s for about $4 a pop. Another $2 was spent on metal spray paint.
This is a super easy and quick project that looks so cute in my kitchen.
