Nothing screams Spring & Summer like a short dress and some killer heels. Unfortunately, I probably can't get away with that in the office. Or, can I? ; )

I am ready to shed the layers and puffy jackets and bring on the spring clothes. Obviously, this means I'll need to update the wardrobe. (I feel as this is an ongoing project.) And hope to not break the bank. Honestly, new years resolution #5 isn't going so well. What about these frocks I have my eye on?
